Good morning, Local 823,


This notice is to inform you of a necessary operational adjustment.


Beginning Wednesday, October 1, 2025, all operators are requested to report for duty fifteen minutes prior to their scheduled departure time.


As an illustration, if a run is scheduled to begin at 6:32 a.m., operators should be present at the designated location by 6:17 a.m.


Please make certain you are prepared for this adjustment to prevent any possible disciplinary actions.


Additionally, please be informed that the contractually agreed-upon wage increases will be incorporated into your hourly compensation structure, beginning November 1st. Retroactive pay will be distributed on November 21st.
