Notice: Agreement for COVID-19 Pick and Reduced Schedule Days

5. Employees may be required to report to work on RSDs to fill work as deemed necessary by the Company. Qualified Employees will be called into work on RSDs based upon reverse seniority when seniority is applicable. The Company has the right to call into work Employees on RSDs prior to calling in other Employees on Overtime.

6. Employees shall be entitled to Overtime after they have actually worked 40 hours in a week (excluding RSDs) or more than 8 hours in a day. Employees shall be entitled to Holiday Pay on an RSD, provided that they work the day before and the day after. If a single vacation day (Vacation In Days agreement) falls on an RSD, the employee may repick the single vacation day from the remaining, available vacation in days list.
